  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Typical delivery times are as follows: 
  • Royal Mail: 2-5 business days for domestic orders. 
  • UPS: 1-3 business days for domestic orders, with options for expedited shipping. International orders may take up to 10 days to arrive, depending on the destination.

    No Returns Policy

    Due to the exclusive nature of our fashion products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the product is found to have defects.

    • Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@snowbunny.world within 7 days of receiving your order.

    We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with a return or exchange. Please note that any requests made after this period will not be accepted.
