• All orders will be processed within 5-10 business days. Our team carefully prepares each item to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction.

2. Shipping Carriers

• We offer shipping services through Royal Mail and UPS, depending on the destination and order specifications. The choice of carrier will be made at the discretion of Snow Bunny to ensure the most efficient delivery.

3. Shipping Time

• Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Typical delivery times are as follows: 

• Royal Mail: 2-5 business days for domestic orders. 

• UPS: 1-3 business days for domestic orders, with options for expedited shipping. International orders may take up to 10 days to arrive, depending on the destination.

No Returns Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of our fashion products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the product is found to have defects.

• Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@snowbunny.world within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with a return or exchange. Please note that any requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Taxes and Duties

Please note that all taxes, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the price of the product or the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees required by their local customs authorities upon receiving the shipment.

• International Orders: For orders shipped outside of The United Kingdom, local customs offices may charge import duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in our prices or shipping costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and pay any such fees.
